Rather than fill this page with advice nobody checked, here is the plan: the topics ToyTrendr means to write, and a plain description of what the site already does.
Only what is actually built. Everything else on this page is a plan.
Track, and the heart on a toy card, save that toy’s name in this browser’s local storage. There is no account, nothing is sent to a server, and nothing about you is collected. The stored value is a list of toy names.
The list survives a reload, is shared between tabs in the same browser, and is listed on My Toy Box, where anything can be removed. Clearing your browser’s site data clears it.
Tracking does not send you anything. Restock and price alerts need accounts, and accounts are not built.
